move auto tests to anton

Description
The auto tests are currently run on ludwig. These should be moved to anton. The output should be copied to the shared directory as described in the EECIS ticket:
I created an /m/vsl/webdata/ directory and have that mounted readonly on vsl as /home/www/data/. You should be able to put a symlink from the vsl document root to there so it can be called what you would like in the URL.
