Examples need to be parametrized

Description
Many of the examples still have multiple versions that differ only in the settings of some parameters. These should be replaced by a single version in which the parameter becomes an input. The test cases need to be modified accordingly (they need to setInput in the RunConfiguration before extracting the model).
