Doing some work on amg2013 example: modifying the CIVL Makefile in several places:
removed two source files which are incorrect and in fact are not used in the compilation of the program.
Other minor things.
Adding NOTES on this example.
Changed Makefile.include selfishly to work for my mpi/gcc setup.
